This page contains two documents: the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service for the mobile game ARmies.
ARmies ("the Game") is published by BİG MOBİLE GAMES BİLİŞİM VE YAZILIM UYGULAMA GELİŞTİRME DANIŞMANLIK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Big Mobile Games", "we", "us" or "our"), a company incorporated in Istanbul, the Republic of Türkiye. Contact: [email protected]
None. The Game does not collect, transmit or share any personal data with us or with third parties. The Game contains no advertising SDKs, no analytics SDKs and no tracking technologies, and it does not require an account. We operate no game servers.
To make the Game work, the following information is saved only on your device and is never sent to us:
Deleting the app deletes this data permanently. See Section 4 of the Terms of Service regarding loss of local data.
Multiplayer works only over your local Wi-Fi network, directly between two devices. When you play with a friend, your nickname, trophy count and unit levels are shown on the other player's device. This exchange happens device-to-device on your local network and never reaches us. The QR code shown in the Game contains only your device's local network address, which is meaningful only inside your own Wi-Fi network and is not stored. Local network addresses (such as IP addresses) are used strictly for transient device-to-device connections and are never recorded, processed as personal data, or transmitted to us.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Purchase receipts are processed on your device only, in order to deliver the purchased items. For payment data, the privacy policies of Google and Apple apply.
The Game asks for camera access only if you choose to use the optional AR mode or to scan a friend's QR code. Camera images are processed on the device in real time and are never recorded, stored or transmitted. The entire game can be played without granting camera permission.
The Game uses the following operating-system services, each governed by its provider's own privacy policy: Google Play Billing (purchases), Google Play In-App Review (rating prompt), and Apple StoreKit (purchases and rating prompt). We do not receive personal data from these services.
The Game is not directed at children. Because the Game collects no data at all, it does not process any data of children either.
Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing we could access, correct, export or delete on our side. You can delete all locally stored game data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's storage in your device settings. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Türkiye or another jurisdiction with data-protection laws, you retain all rights granted by those laws; as we process no personal data, exercising them requires no action from us. If a future update introduces features that process data (for example advertising or cloud save), we will update this policy before that update is released and adjust the store data declarations accordingly. The current version, with its effective date, is always available at this address.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ARmies. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction) to download and play the Game. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms or do not meet the age requirement, do not use the Game.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for private, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted remain with Big Mobile Games.
All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under your agreement with them; we never receive your payment details. Prices may vary by country and may change over time. Refund requests are governed exclusively by the refund policies of Google Play or the Apple App Store. To the extent permitted by law, delivered Virtual Items are non-refundable by us. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that Virtual Items are delivered immediately and you expressly waive any legal right of withdrawal. The Starter Pack is a one-time purchase per store account; consumable coin packs may be purchased repeatedly.
You may not cheat, exploit bugs, tamper with the Game's files, memory or network traffic, use automation, or decompile, reverse-engineer or modify the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by law. In local multiplayer, you are solely responsible for the nickname you display to other players. Because the Game operates without servers, we cannot monitor user names; however, offensive nicknames are strictly prohibited, and you agree to hold us harmless regarding any user-generated content.
The Game and all of its content (code, art, models, sounds, music, names and logos) are owned by or licensed to Big Mobile Games and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership of any part of the Game.
We may update, modify, suspend or permanently discontinue the Game or any part of it at any time. Features may be added or removed. Where reasonably possible we will announce material changes through an app update or the store listing. Discontinuation of the Game does not entitle you to compensation for Virtual Items.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. AR features depend on your device's capabilities and environment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Big Mobile Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data (including save data and Virtual Items), arising out of or related to the Game. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Game within the six (6) months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend your license if you materially breach these Terms (for example by cheating). Sections 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that entitle you to bring proceedings before the consumer arbitration boards or courts of your place of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version, with its effective date, is always available at this address. Continuing to play after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
